There are SO many benefits to signing up to a movement challenge; it provides structure and removes choice fatigue, it’s motivating and helps you to feel a sense of achievement, feeling challenged and navigating your way through it builds resilience capacity and most importantly you are doing something for YOU!
You will need a yoga mat and 2 blocks for this challenge (I‘ve had people sub this out for kitchen roll before haha). Any other props we use, we can improvise with household items!

I'm Annie!
I’ve been teaching yoga full time for 6 years; private 1-1’s, classes, retreats, workshops, corporate events, festivals, zoom classes . . . and I love it just as much as I did when I first started my teaching career! To be able to share this glorious practise and to educate people about their bodies and to support them through their yoga journey is something I am forever grateful for.
My passion as a yoga teacher is to help people reevaluate their movement to evolve both physically and mentally.
Yoga has helped me in my darkest moments. Whether that be mentally or physically, The physical aspects of Yoga have provided me with a wonderful understanding of the body and has provided me with a divine appreciation of life and all the beauty and magick it beholds. It has pulled me out of the pits of self despair many times. Yoga has shaped me into being the positive, optimistic, driven, grateful person that I am today. I feel more able to see the world with more empathy and understanding. It is so much more than just a physical practise.
I can't wait to connect with you inside my free community space! I know you will just love the challenge.
